We are looking for a highly motivated warehouse Sales/Order processor (Part or Full Time) to support our sales driven company. Our team need a hard-working, committed and reliable individual who will run the extra mile to make our clients happy when they leave our showroom/warehouse.

We are a young commercial central London based wholesaler in handbags. We are operating in a fast paced and highly competitive environment where quality in service and accurate order handeling is key to our success. This reflects back to our warehouse / sales showroom which is always buzzing with life and where not one day is the same.
The company is run by Chinese-Dutch nationals and a mixture of languages are spoken. Speaking Mandarin or Dutch is preferable.

-   Picking and packing orders for delivery by carrier or immediate pick up by trade client

-   Preparing / calculating the right invoices for the relevant counter sales orders

-   Loading packed orders into the carrier and unloading inwards deliveries (lorry, container, Van)

-   Care taking of the overall presentation (tidiness, hygiene) of the warehouse

-   Stock forecasting and making sure the stock levels are sufficient for sales

-   Other warehouse duties as required

-   Sales support where needed (simple phone calls, taking down orders)

-   Updating and maintaining customer data in our CRM system

-   Updating and maintaining customer data online

-   Be physically fit

-   Be hard working, committed and reliable

-   Be available to work on Sundays

-   Working to high standards on own initiative and within our team

-   Be confident in reading and completing all paperwork

-   Have good written and verbal English language skills

-   Possess good communication skills

-   Be computer literate (office, Photoshop, CRM systems)

-   Have a driver’s license with max. 3 penalty points
