- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee relations
- Provide advice and guidance on all HR issues to all staff
- Execute and review Human Resources policies and procedures for all the locations and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for non-compliance
- Identify suitable candidates and conduct interviews for the Company
- Ensure all policies and practices are compliance with employment legislation requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety policy is updated and full compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
- Monitor all associated staffing costs
- Assist in handling ad hoc projects when assigned
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organization
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
- Attentive to details, well organized, strong analytical mind, great initiative with least supervision
- Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
