In order to manage export sales and look after importnat business clients in mainland China, they wish to recruit a Mandarin speaking Export Customer Services Coordinator. Your role as Mandarin speaking Export Customer Services Coordinator will typically focus on the following duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered on the system the day they are received
- Liaise with customers on all order aspects through the appropriate method of communication to achieve mutually satisfactory agreed outcomes
- Resolve Customer order queries and returns and manage in line with company protocols and deadlines
- Accurately process credits in line with company protocols and deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of shipping paperwork
- Ensure all sales calls are dealt with in a professional manner either by personally or referred to the appropriate individual
- Accurately update customer data base on Goldmine and Merlin according to company protocols and deadlines
- Build and maintain harmonious professional working customer relationships
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels with colleagues internally, and externally with customer and potential customers by phone and in writing
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills, Outlook
- Demonstrable skills in entering an maintaining accurate records on CRM and accounting software
- Strong track record of building and maintaining positive professional relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated team player
