CIEO 2017食品制作竞赛与经验交流活动纪实



比技能、比爱心,比爱岗敬业精神,谁最出彩?2017年2月25日,加拿大国际教育机构(CIEO)在番禺区雅居乐加拿达中英文幼儿园举行了一场别开生面的食品制作竞赛与经验交流活动,CIEO旗下14家幼儿园和学校的厨师、点心师们纷纷拿出看家本领,一决高下。


本次食品制作竞赛由CIEO学前事业部主办,广州市番禺区雅居乐加拿达中英文幼儿园协办。竞赛设置点心、自选菜式、指定菜式等三个项目,评委从出品、刀工/造型、味道、适合幼儿、易消化、创意等多个角度对参赛作品打分。经过激烈角逐,广州市番禺区洛浦街时代外滩加拿达幼儿园(CKE-T)以三道优秀菜品获得评委组一致好评,夺得金奖。CIEO董事长陈秀群、副总经理王爱洁、财务总监姜敬满、学前事业部总监卢洁贞等应邀为获胜单位颁发了奖杯。



食品制作竞赛结束后, CIEO学前事业部安全督导园长吴秀仪、后勤园长詹依分别以“幼儿饮食安全的重要性”、“厨房人员工作职责与流程”为主题,与各园校长、后勤人员分享和交流厨房管理工作经验。吴秀仪园长通过大量实例,强调了严格按厨房安全标准进行食材处理、烹饪、分餐和环境保洁的重要性,詹依园长从生产操作制度、安全保卫制度及检查监督制度等方面深入讲解了厨房操作的规范流程。



一直以来,CIEO秉承“教育就是爱”的理念,严格规范厨房操作流程,严把食品安全质量关,不断提高食品制作水平。目前,CIEO旗下已有5间食品安全A级单位,其中1间被评为广东省食品安全示范学校食堂。



用爱心烹制食品,以制度保障安全,为师生打造高标准、可信赖的厨房,提高食品制作水平和质量,保障学生的食品安全与健康成长,是全体CIEO人的不懈追求。

CIEO Cooking Competition & Kitchen Training Activity 


Culinary teams from 14 CIEO kindergartens and schools took part in the CIEO Cooking Competition on February 25th, 2017, at the Canadian International Agile Kindergarten(CKE-A). The cooking competition was held by the CIEO Pre-school Department, and co-organized by CKE-A. 



During the competition, cooks had to show their ability by preparing 3 dishes, including a dessert, a featured dish, and a special dish, all to be evaluated by the jury. Congratulations should be given to the Times Bund Canadian Kindergarten(CKE-T), as they ended up winning the gold award! The Chairman of CIEO, Ms. Winnie Chen, Vice-president Angela Wang, CFO Anna Jiang and the Director of our Pre-school Department, Jennifer Lu, all attended the competition and awarded the winners their prizes.  



In the kitchen training activity, Zoey Wu and Jenny Zhan, directors from the CIEO Pre-school Department, spoke on such subjects as the “Safety of Children’s Food” and “Responsibility and the Production Process the Kitchen”. Director Wu focused on the importance of obeying proper operating standards in the kitchen by discussing a great number of kitchen operation details, and director Zhan focused on standardizing CIEO’s kitchen workflow. 



As of February 27, CIEO has 5 A-level kitchens among its kindergartens and schools. What’s more, one of the five kitchens was honored by the Guangdong Province as a “Standard and Safe Kitchen”.  



Cooking with love, cooking safely. CIEO has made efforts in promoting food quality, and hopes to perform even better in the future in establishing high standard kitchens for CIEO students.
