Swissquote Ltd is looking for an enthousiastic and hard-working Account Opening Agent to deal with the fast growing volume of clients.
Responsibilities
• Review documentation of new and existing accounts and partnerships ensuring they comply with risk based customer due diligence requirements
• Conduct PEP/Sanctions screening
• Enter details of new accounts into CRM system, trading, and back office system
• Update and maintain client’s information
• Establish and set up trade conditions in trading system (Metatrader )
• Liaise with sales team to ensure on-boarding process is as smooth for clients as possible
• Contact potential clients to acquire required documents
• Provide assistance to develop, maintain and improve CRM
• Assist in preparation of various management information reports and dashboards
• Assist in preparation of various client on-boarding procedures/manuals
• Providing support to the business development and compliance.
Your profile
• Perfect command of Chinese, both written and spoken
• Attentive to detail, consciencious and meticulous
• Resilient to stress: you like tackling a heavy and evergrowing workload
• Open-minded, service oriented and dynamic.
