We are looking for a highly self-motivated, energetic and experienced Residential Assistant Manager to be part of our Residential dedicated team. 


Reporting to the Director of Residences, in this position you will be managing the daily operations of the Residences acting as leader for the team and a point of reference for the Owners. Responsibilities of your role go from supervising the team, leading by example ensuring their steady personal growth and a solid performance, from assessing the Residential Operational needs, planning policies and procedures in liaising with the senior management. You will anticipate and respond to Owners’ needs, listening to and providing an excellent service throughout their live in.



Key responsibilities include: 

*Supervision of Residential Concierge and Guest Service team


*Effectively managing, coaching and training colleagues


*Supervision of the Residential Operations and assessment of its priorities


*Handle Owners requests, recognition and experience on a daily basis


*Plan, coordinate and execute A la carte services requests


*Handle Department accounting and Month End


*Support in other operational tasks or assigned project




Position Requirements

*Two years in managerial position in 5*Luxury Hotel background


*Willing to take responsibilities, work independently and possess a flexible attitude toward the different requirements of the role.


*Must have the ability to maintaining an outgoing personality, being a team player, demonstrating communications and analysis skills and keeping a positive “can do” attitude.


*Promote a friendly and professional image to Owners and within the team


*Offer full cooperation to any required assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.


*Be familiar with Owners’ names, special requests, profile history and residence specifications


*Be a genuine Ambassador of the Company Values and beliefs such as the Golden Rule


*Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Chinese/Arabic and third language preferred.


*Knowledge of Hotel PMS, Opera desired.
