Job Summary :

This position is responsible for providing a variety of services to customers and ensuring delivery of services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. CSL’s are expected to deliver excellence in customer service at all times. The position will represent the company with a premier level of customer service during the customer’s sales process and all subsequent interactions. The primary role of the CSL is to assist customers and/or guests with:


Reservations, catering, transportation, problem resolution, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and answering inquiries in person and via telephone. CSL personnel may also be required to undertake administrative support duties, and other duties as assigned.




All duties are to be handled in a courteous, professional manner, with the utmost confidentiality, while maintaining excellence in customer service as the primary focus.


Displays a positive, professional image, demonstrating genuine care and concern during all customer/guest interactions.


Maintains an extraordinary level of professionalism in appearance, communications, and assistance.




    




Essential Functions :

Serves as the first point of contact for customers and guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times.


Always maintains a professional appearance and complies with uniform requirements.


Communications must be professional, clear and concise (e.g., phone, radio, written, and verbal).


Basic duties will include escorting, tours, transfers of individuals or groups.


Verifies and inputs customer data into client visitor system, and other customer-related duties as directed.


Confirms verification procedures are followed in compliance with client policies and procedures.


Perform highest level customer service and best practices at all times.


Always make sure proper exiting from the facility within badge and policy guidelines are followed.


Strives to anticipate customer needs and requests.


Imperative to listen to the customer request and ensure information is understood.


Closely monitors and reports questionable/inappropriate activity to the proper personnel within the organization.


Greet and interact professionally with employees, executive staff, vendors, and general public.


Maintains poise and self-control at all times and under all conditions, while continuing to deliver the highest level of customer service.


Handles customer concerns and problems. Seeks support when necessary to confirm satisfaction of the customer.


Other duties as assigned.





Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of Client and Securitas policy and procedures.


Comply with all electronics policies.


Report all incidents and/or security breaches using established communication channels.


Duties and responsibilities may change according to the business needs of the Client.


Attend additional training as required.




    




Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.


Must have a reliable means of communication (phone or pager).


Must have a reliable, daily means of transportation (public or private).


Must have the legal right to work in the United States.


Bilingual - Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English/Mandarin clearly and professionally.


Must be able to complete the Company’s pre-employment screening process: drug screen and background investigation.


Required availability for any shift, to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime (with or without advance notice).

CA Driver License
