We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Iconic Dennis Basso Concession in Harrods.

In this position you will have the opportunity to oversee a small team and report into the Concession Manager.

An expert relationship builder with an existing client book you should be able to secure long lasting customer loyalty with an International client base. Delivering the very best in customer service, you will work hard to understand and anticipate our customer’s needs and discerning tastes.

You should already have experience working within Luxury Retail and a be used to working to KPIs and targets as well as having a real passion to sell.
