Education Conselor (留学顾问)
悉尼、墨尔本、阿德莱德办公室
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Working closely with the counselling manager to undertake strategic planning and direction setting for the office & company.
● Provide accurate information to prospective students and their families, and provide professional advice on the selection of institutes andprograms.
● Handle students' applications based on the school entry requirements and admission procedures; and facilitate the student enrolment process
● Assist the team to conduct e-marketing and promotional activities
The selection criteria include:
● Knowledge of Australia education framework and visa issues
● Experience working in a similar role and understand the needs of on-shore students
● Strong sense of responsibility and high level customer service skills
● high level of problem solving and negotiation skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
● Experiences in organizing student activities are highly regarded
● Good MS skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.
● Skills in social media and Photoshop /in-design is add-up bonus
● 1 years+ working experience in a similar role
