拍卖成功的房产总额为465,142,067元,中位价1,075,500元。

6月13日墨尔本房产清盘率80%,上星期清盘率是72%,去年同期只有70%。


今天REIV共统计到了766个拍卖,611个售出155流拍(其中67由卖家代理出价)。


2015年拍卖市场五月份达到一个高峰,达5000个拍卖,多于今年任何一个月份。今年五月份的清盘率是79%,也高于去年五月的71%。
