Our client is a French luxury brand with a base in Heathrow’s busy Terminal 5. With over 30 million passengers passing through the doors annually, Heathrow is a hub of activity, offering something new every day.

For their many passengers, Heathrow features tens of luxury boutiques, including our client’s, offering a unique shopping experience.

Established for decades as one of the foremost names in fashion, our client is at the forefront of innovation and design. They pride themselves on their passion for luxury, and their wish to share with customers the heritage they have created.

They are now seeking like-minded brand ambassadors with a keen eye for fashion and a love of all things luxury. As a luxury brand ambassador, you would find yourself around beautiful items on a daily basis, gaining more knowledge on fashion and the world surrounding with every sale.

The working hours are shift based, with the store having opening hours of 5:30am – 10pm (Mon-Sun). As such your shift would be within these hours.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a name seen on every major runway, and known worldwide for their years of not only leading fashion trends but creating staples that have influenced the very way the world has dressed for nearly a century.



 

Key responsibilities:


Develop a comfortable relationship with customers through 1-2-1 personal shopper style sales with an emphasis on customer experience

Demonstrate product knowledge of all areas of the brand, current marketing campaigns, and new launches in order to answer customer queries with regards to these

Have up to date knowledge of target sales and department performance 

Follow all stock management procedures

Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display

Have a high-level understanding of the selling systems, including cash and credit and exchange procedures.

Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product

To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.


 

 

 

The Ideal Candidate:


Eligible to work in the UK

Well presented at all times in line with company grooming standards

Outgoing and willing to develop strong customer relationship to ensure customers receive a courteous and professional service

Positive working attitude and a strong drive for results

Have a genuine interest in the luxury retail and the fashion industry

Be able to work alone as well as part of a team

Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Fluent in English, with an additional language being preferable
