1. Partner with business leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over organization
2. Work with biz leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
3. Problem solving for daily and complex HR issues, identify root causes and provide comprehensive solutions.
4. Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, organization culture and strategic development.

1. Knowledge and experience of working as an European HRBP
2. Able to work independantly in EU and achieve result in highly stressful environment
