Our Client is a Spanish luxury brand based in London; known for their exquisite style and unrivaled quality.

They are now seeking a Chinese speaking candidate to fill in the position as a brand ambassador.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing market, work with one of the most prestigious brands in the industry, and build your own industry contacts.

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience

2. Drive and achieve objectives and be accountable for sales results

3. Engaging with customers to develop customer relationship in order to create brand loyalty

4. Perform as a team player, participating and contributing towards objectives

5. Ensure customers are acknowledged and understand their needs

6. Advise customers across the brand and all product categories

7. Learn and master the brand and product knowledge

8. Manage stock levels

The Ideal Candidate:

1. The ability to work well and adapt in a fast paced environment

2. Great team player and outgoing

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Has a positive disposition and a can-do attitude

5. Positive working attitude and strong drive for results

6. Able to speak fluent Chinese and English

7. Relevant experiences in luxury retail preferred

8. Knowledge of current trends/culture
