Do you want to become a part of Immigration New Zealand’s fastest growing market? Immigration New Zealand (INZ) Beijing Area Office is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Driver/Support Officer, who will provide quality administrative support, ensure the safety and security of the official vehicle, and the safe carriage of the seconded staff members and other INZ officials as required in the course of the duties.

About the role
This role involves providing quality administrative and file management support in accordance with the office procedures, ensure safety and security while driving, and in charge with daily maintenance of the official vehicle.
To be successful in the role you will need to:
Possess basic oral and written communication skills in English
Pay attention to detail and have good organisational skill
Able to work in a team based environment and collaborating with others to achieve desired results
Able to take on basic administration work
Sound understanding of the roading network of allocated location
Able to drive defensively
Have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all transactions
Hold genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service both internal and external
Be eligible to work in China legally, this means either being a New Zealand or Chinese citizen
Hold C1 license with at least 3 years' driving experience
Be able to start from April 2018
The remuneration is subject to candidate’s experience, and is ranging from RMB 64,095 to RMB 96,142 per year. Note: any relocation and/or accommodation costs will be at the successful candidate’s own expense.
