The Company

The company has over 20 exclusive distributors are located in Shanghai, Macao, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Thailand, etc. Also, over 5,000 stores and pharmacies sell their products all over the world including HK, Macao, Taiwan, Mainland of China, most east and south Asian countries, Japan, America, and Europe.

The company had 6 skin care brands, 3 healthy care brands, one milk powder brand, and OEM. They won the Highest Sales Award Winner of the Australian Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

The Role

Position：Senior accountant

Location：Sydney

● Work with an innovative growing Australian business

● Permanent position

● Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time

● Providing financial support, guidance and analysis to the CEO and Board of Directors.

● Co-ordination of the annual Group audit and tax process;

● Establishing financial management system;

● Setting up the financial analysis system of the group and provide basis for the strategic planning and management of the group;

● Responsible for the construction of group asset management system;

● Build process around accounting month end procedures.

● Provide trial balances..

● Activity-based Costing

● Cash flow activities.

The Candidate

● A University Degree in Accounting or TAFE identification in accounting.

● Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, relevant laws and regulations;

● More than 5 years working experience in financial accounting and management accounting;

● Excellent financial management, analysis and capital management ability;

● Strong personal drive and pro-activity to make your own decisions.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role

Position：Digital Marketing

Location：Sydney

Mainly responsible for digital marketing, focusing on website maintenance, SEM (SEO and Google ADwords, Baidu keywords), online campaign planning and support.

● Website building & maintenance 

Working closely with IT department, maintaining website based on website data review. Providing website monthly report and optimizing website performance.

● SEO & Adwords

Searching engine marketing, mainly focuses on website SEO and Google Adwords strategies to optimize the website and increasing traffic.

● Email direct marketing 

Using eMD marketing tools like Mailchimp to produce monthly eDM and special campaign eDM

● Others

- Video Marketing planning, shooting and spreading.

- Digital campaign planning. For example, Christmas lucky draw

The Candidate

● Minimum 1 year marketing experience

● Proven track record of establishing Google Analytics accounts, with the ability to deep-dive into analytics data and custom audience data segments is essential.

● Basic understanding on digital marketing, strong willing to learn.

●Excellent attention to detail

● Coding skills are a major plus but not essential (HTML, CSS, JS)
