今天，2015年5月15日，澳洲政府正式宣布巨额投资移民最新“符合投资要求框架”，新政会在今年7月1日起正式实行。

新政具体分析：

新政下，投资需分为三块：

1. At least $500,000 in eligible Australian venturecapital or growth private equity fund(s) investing in start-up and smallprivate companies. The Government expects to increase this to $1 million fornew applications within two years as the market responds;
   
   500万澳币投资里，不少于50万澳币的投资额投入澳大利亚风险投资或者私募股权基金，用于投资到新创企业以及小型私人企业。政府预期在未来的2年中将此比例提到100万澳币。
   
   

2. At least $1.5 million in an eligible managedfund(s) or Listed Investment Companies (LICs) that invest inemerging companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX);

   
   通过符合要求的管理基金或者上市投资公司，投入不少于150万澳币到澳大利亚证券交易所上的新兴企业。

   
   

3. A ‘balancing investment’ of up to $3 million inmanaged fund(s) or LICs that invest in a combination of eligible assets thatinclude other ASX listed companies, eligible corporate bonds or notes,annuities and real property (subject to the 10 per cent limit on residentialreal estate).
   
   

   剩余的投资（不超过300万澳币）可以通过管理基金或者上市投资公司进行任意组合投资至：澳大利亚证券交易所上的其它企业、符合要求的企业债券、年金以及房地产（住宅物业不超过10%）
