On September 9th, ALC’s local Ho Chi Minh City office hosted a US Immigration EB-5 Seminar led by Bruce Thompson, the company's President and a former Region IX Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration. A select group of potential investors participated in an event discussing ALC's investment strategies and commitment to their investor-focused, hands-on approach.
