K2 Tea Time

K2 has been exploring our families and roles and responsibilities in our Unit of Inquiry. 

在我们的探究环节中，K2的学生过去一直在探究我们的家庭，以及我们充当的角色和承担的责任。

On Friday 14 September 2018 we had a special visitor Mr. Elvin Chen came and showed us how a Chinese Tea ceremony works.

2018年9月14日，星期五，我们请来了一位特殊的来宾Elvin先生，他向我们展示了中国茶道是如何运作的。

Elvin is an 18 year-old boy from Hefei. He started his tea art and Tai Chi training from 14 years old.  When he was 15, his mother started to teach him the art of making Chinese Ancient black tea. With hard work, Elvin has attained the license as a tea teacher for children.

Elvin是一个来自合肥的18岁男孩。他从14岁开始学习茶艺和太极。15岁时，他的母亲开始教他制作中国古代红茶的艺术。通过勤奋的努力，Elvin获得了儿童茶艺教师的执照。

He showed us how to put the tea leaves into the little pot and the process of pouring the tea off. His tea was delicious, and we enjoyed it with some cookies and oranges. During this process we all discussed who makes tea in our homes and which jobs certain family members do.

他向我们展示了如何把茶叶放进小茶壶里，以及倒茶的过程。他沏的茶很可口，我们还吃了一些饼干和橘子。在这个过程中，我们讨论了谁在家里沏茶，以及某些家庭成员在家庭中所分担的工作。

                    We had a good time. 我们度过了愉快的时间。
