14. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS FOREXISTING BUSINESSES

1) Evidence of trading history includinglast 3 years accounts if available

2) Management financial and tradinginformation since the end of the last accounting period should be provided,together with details of current debtors and creditors. These should be in theappendices not in the main body of the Plan.

3) Businesses already trading shouldattach copies of their last 6 months bank statements, together with copies ofVAT returns since the last full set of accounts. These should be in the appendices not in themain body of the Plan.

4) A statement confirming that PAYE,National Insurance, VAT plus businessrent and business rates are paid up to date. If there is any arrears detailsmust be provided.
