Wine Making
Hand harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes
were gently whole bunch pressed, lightly settled and
then fermented in stainless steel tanks, lightly fined
and then bottled and inoculated for secondary
fermentation in bottle. This wine has been sur lie in
bottle for 3 years and was disgorged and corked in
April 2014 for your enjoyment.
品酒点评:
酒体呈金黄色,拥有完美的细珠。纯净、活泼的苹果、柑橘与甜瓜的香气环绕舌尖,仔细品尝后又会发掘新鲜出炉的面包味道。口感清新、细腻,柚子与慕斯的香气层次不穷、精美绝伦。
Tasting Notes
A fine bead and golden colour, with a lively citrus nose
and hints of green melon and yellow apple overlayed
with developed characters of flint and fresh baked
bread. The palate is delicate and refreshing with
flavours of grapefruit, green melon and yellow apples,
a fine mousse and lingering citrus finish.
12.5 % alcohol (approx. 7.4 standard drinks).
