The Beijinger （北京客 http://www.thebeijinger.com）是一本具有涉外性质的杂志，其所属网站提供流行的论坛和分类信息，主要用户群为在中国的外籍人士。现其杂志及附属品牌招聘市场方向实习生，要求如下：

No Chinese language skills necessary, unless they will be interning as a writer for our Chinese brand, JingKids. The rest of our open positions for internships are as follows:

- blog writing (theBeijinger, beijingkids, and JingKids)
- graphic designing
- marketing, communications & sales
- IT skills

Generally, we try to tailor each internship to the desired experience and outcome of the student. What we try to do is work out a "deliverable" that can be completed within the time frame of the internship, so that they walk away with something tangible that can help with future applications for further education or job interviews.

We try to deliver a professional quality experience, and likewise, our expectation is also of professional quality work. We tend to give interns mission-critical stuff, so it's not an option to come in and then decide it's optional, so it's important we work something with the intern out before we begin.

The internship is unpaid aside from some small reimbursements, as our belief is that an internship is for academic and experiential credit for a student. We would also require at least a 2-month commitment (if part-time) or a full-time one month commitment.
