Service Co-ordinator Position

Vagus Centre of Chinese Mental Health ConsultationServices Trust was set up to promote harmonywithin the Asian migrant families

Due to Service expansion, we arecurrently looking for a Service Co-ordinator who has the capacity to assist theBoard of Trustees to deliver our services development plans. Having knowledge in domestic violence wouldbe an advantage.

This is a 24 hours per week parttime position.

The ideal candidate will have thefollowing experience and qualifications:

· An appropriate qualification in socialwork/ health care and/or in management.

· Being Fluentin spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

· Havingknowledge and working experience in domestic violence

· Excellent management skills and theability to build relationships with a wide range of people

· Strong written communication skills

· Awillingness to work from a multi-cultural perspective

· Have a cleandriver's licence

· A goodcommunicator

The successful applicant must be eligible towork in New Zealand and will be required to undergo a full reference check andpolice check.
