We are working more closely with our clients than ever before as well as experiencing growth across the Asia-Pacific region. We are now looking for a Consultant to join our team of passionate and vibrant survey professionals in Auckland.
As a Consultant you will be responsible for:
•Consulting with clients on their engagement surveys, including scoping, design and delivery of projects, data interpretation and presentation, research and analysis, and training to support clients’ needs. You will also support Senior Consultants in the delivery to large and complex survey projects.
•Working as part of a wider survey project team, both locally and globally, to deliver survey projects
•Having broad knowledge of Kenexa’s products and services (including assessment, culture, leadership development)
•Assisting in creating new programs and services, participating in business development activities, and exhibiting thought leadership (through analysis, research, presentations, and white papers).
•Being an advocate for IBM, driving IBM’s Smarter Workforce brand and becoming a person of influence in the industry
The right candidate will possess:
•A minimum of 2 years experience in an HR/OD space, working with managers and HR professionals on organisational or leadership consulting or assessment. In addition you will have broad business understanding of issues facing NZ organisations and their operating environments.
•Strong impact and ability to influence through proven successful experience and up to date knowledge
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting to senior leadership teams
•Ability to dive into the detail in designing surveys, analysing the data and to surface with a clear view of an organisation, their prioritised opportunities and actionable recommendations
•Group facilitation skills
•Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands and work in a fast paced environment while being a self-motivated individual taking responsiblity for their own actions and results
•Willingness to travel up to 25%
Required
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 2 years experience in HR/OD space, working with managers and HR professionals
· English: Fluent
