Recon Technology与中石油旗下青海油田公司签署协议将出售废水处理化学品

2016年1月12日北京/PRNewswire/——Recon Technology, Ltd（股票代码：RCON），中国领先的独立油田服务提供商，今日宣布，旗下子公司北京BHDPetroleum Technology Co., Ltd（以下简称BHD）已经与中石油子公司青海油田签署了协议，将把化学剂出售给青海油田。该化学品包括了离子改性剂和水质稳定剂，均由BHD设计并经过测试，将用于青海油田的废水处理。该协议价值398万人民币（约合60万美元），预计将于2016财年底完成。

而在此协议达成之前，BHD最近还中标了中石油的合约，获得了中石油油田公司A级炉供应的资质，并将为中石油华北油田提供5台加热炉，合约价值320万人民币（折合50万美元）。

公司董事长兼首席执行官银燊平表示：“我们将继续扩大与中石油油田公司的合作。而今天达成的协议经过了BHD数月的努力，也是在我们寻求拓宽产品及服务之际创下的又一个突破。油田废水处理部门对于RCON而言是个全新的市场，除了化学品，我们预计未来将为我们的油田客户提供更为专业的废水处理设备，我们现在就正在研发当中。我们对于化学品第三方委托销售有潜力成为RCON的新业务感到非常乐观。”

在获得中石油甲级炉供货商资质和获得旗下华北油田的订单后，RCON如今又在废水处理领域攻下一城。不仅获得了近400万人民币的订单，还将有望推出专业废水处理设备，该新业务的创立对于RCON意义重大，将在营收和业务多元化上得到增强。正是充满希望的新业务给了投资者信心，主导了RCON大涨。

此外，油价在30美元处反复震荡，没有跌破30美元的心理大关，也为稳定能源股股价起到了重要作用。

而更值得注意的是，推特上不少散户投资人纷纷表示做空了RCON，我们认为RCON非常可能是下一个FXCM，因为逼空（Short Squeeze)而出现巨大的上涨潜力。
