美商会（重庆）协同重庆谈石租赁有限公司及中豪律师集团在中豪律所成功举办了“美商会（重庆）4月下午茶讲座”活动于2016年4月15日！

On April 15th, AmCham (CQ) together with Chongqing Stone Tan Financial Leasing and Zhonghao Law Firm successfully held the “ AmCham (CQ) April Afternoon Tea Seminar ” at the office of Zhonghao Law Firm！

下午参会嘉宾络绎不绝到场，谈石战略总监James Wemyss先生和杨青律师主要围绕企业融资及外资企业的相关法律问题进行讲解。茶歇期间大家就演讲话题交流意见。

The participants came continuously, who had ignited exchange of ideas during tea break and even after the seminar. Mr. James Wemyss , Strategy Director for Stone Tan Financial Leasing and Eagle Yang gave speech on the issues of financing and foreign investment.

讲座开始于谈石战略总监James Wemyss先生（兼西南美国商会董事）。他根据自身多年国内外金融业的经验多样化的视角分析了重庆企业的融资模式。内容包括银行贷款、影子银行、已贴现票据、应收账款投资及P2P贷款等的数据。

Mr. James Wemyss , Strategy Director for Stone Tan Financial Leasing (and a member of the Board of Directors for AmCham )started the seminar. He presented the financing patterns of enterprises in Chongqing with abundant financial experience and multiple perspectives. It included special analysis on bank loans, shadow banking, financial leasing, discounted notes, accounts receivables, and P2P loans.

紧接着杨青律师给出了关于我国外资准入方面的新规与新政的演讲。他结合代理的大量外资案件，深入浅出地阐述了外资企业设立、股权转让、劳资纠纷、外资公司清算等法律风险及有效防范措施。

Following up Mr. James Wemyss, Eagle Yang introduced some new policies and other issues foreign companies facing. With lots of foreign investment cases as examples, He illuminated the legal risk and effective precaution on foreign companies establishment, stock right transfer, labor dispute and foreign companies liquidation.

活动现场气氛热烈，主讲嘉宾幽默风趣，James Wemyss 先生和杨青律师的深刻精彩的的讲演和与嘉宾的互动使得与会嘉宾收获颇丰。此次下午茶活动成功举行！
