4月14日的总共16套房产拍卖,4套流拍,还有1套流拍,拍卖结束马上Under Offer,拍卖成功率 68.75%,实际成交率75%。

四套流拍的都在传统的好区,Ilam, Fendalton, Merival 和 Strowan,个人认为不是没人喜欢这些房,而是没有达到房东的期望。


价格区间在$350,000 - $500,000, 买家很多,成交量也很大。


地震受损严重的区,比如New Brighton,很多房价在$200,000左右,前几年没人敢买,现在随着时间的推移,地震的恐慌逐渐淡忘,不少中低收入的开始在这些区出手了。
