Cartier has made its creations into legends, with a team of men and women who make their passion their career. For this position, we are currently seeking a Mandarin Speaking Sales Professional who shares this same passion and believes in the true beauty of the product they are working with. 

-   As Sales Associate, you will be an Ambassador of the Maison ensuring a unique client experience is received before, during and after every sale

-   You will proactively develop your client portfolio through establishing valuable relationships and memorable experiences every day

-   Possessing an engaging and personable manner, you will deal with negotiations and objections seamlessly, whilst being a real team focused individual

-   You will always strive to exceed expectations for both your clients and the day to day running of your boutique

-   Ability to speak Mandarin fluently is essential (written proficiency no t necessary)

-   Engaging personality with the ability to build relationships and engage easily

-   Proven experience of high-level clienteling within a luxury led environment

-   Previous exposure to fine jewellery and watches would be advantageous but is not essential 

-   Driven to succeed with a 'can do' approach to all tasks required
