Opustique Infinity is a UK-based company specialises in producing cultural activities and events including live performances and broadcasts, art exhibitions, and academic lectures promoting the exchange of Chinese arts and cultures in the UK contributing to the development of Sino-British culture. We are now seeking potential candidates of Public Relation & Communication Coordinator to join our organisation, offering with a minimum basic salary starting from £21,000 up to £24,000 per annum.

The Public Relation & Communication Coordinator should have a degree level qualification with experiences undertaking in similar role will be advantageous but in-house trainings will be provided. 

-   Discussing issues of business strategy, cultural activities and events, services and target client base with the senior management to identify PR requirements

-   Writing, editing and arranging for the effective distribution of press releases, brochures, newsletters and other PR materials

-   Addressing individuals, clients and other target groups through meetings, presentations, fairs and other events to enhance the public image of the company

-   Developing and implementing tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR practices

-   Helping coordinate high profile PR events

Monitoring and constantly updating PR events calendar and modifies according to responses

Due to the nature that the Company’s clients are government and corporate bodies such as London Mayor’s Office, the Great London Authorities, Chinese Embassy in the UK, Museums, etc. candidates also preferred to be conversational fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively interacting with the public and able to comprehend the original materials and sources written in Chinese to value the significance of the project.
