Based in our Baker Street Head Office, our international sales department are recruiting for a sales and marketing assistant to work for our China desk. You will be initially be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the department, assisting with sales progression, translation of documents and other administrative tasks. The role will include providing assistance to clients on all property matters; preparing literature in English and Chinese. You will also be organising and attending marketing events, and co-ordinating China Desk marketing initiatives, liaising with internal and external parties, agents, and PR partners. In addition, you will be attending viewings, property previews and pitches. As you get to know the business you will be dealing with your own Chinese clients and managing them through the sales process.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a good knowledge of the property industry, and a passion to succeed
- You will be a natural problem solver, and confident in your sales and marketing skills
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and oral, with the ability to carry out translations
- As an individual, you must all be organised, persistent, and have the ability to manage your own work load and carry out tasks with care and diligence
- The IT skills required for this role are a good knowledge of Microsoft office
