We are looking for a E-Com & Digital Marketing Manager for marketing department. This role will be responsible to lead the marketing activities for E-com channel, with strong digital marketing background. Working closely with sales team to utilize marketing budget to ensure that all the managed e-com accounts are meeting and exceeding traffic sales and ROI targets. He/She plays a key role in defining on-going value propositions, and their transformation into revenue and profit.
- Leading the e-com channel marketing activities including planning, developing, executing accounts / channel marketing plans
- Working with sales team, understand the e-com accounts / channels needs and delivering added value marketing support
- Attend customer marketing related meetings
- Negotiate plans and costs to make sure the best ROI for company’s interests
- Leading the digital marketing activities, primarily through digital means such as search, social media, affiliate, viral, marketing
- Cooperate with local / HQ / West Europe team members to deliver excellent executing, including in-house design communication, out-sourcing supplier agency management
- Develop and maintain training documentation, including sales and operations training
- Create sophisticated PR and media relation’s campaigns to integrate with broader marketing and communication activity
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using a range of outbound and inbound marketing tactics like for example email marketing, social media, industry events and round table meetings
- Bachelor degree in marketing
- Experience within a broad marketing role—online and offline experience
- Experience of managing portfolio of products including ‘go-to market’ planning, specifications and performance monitoring
- Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles
- Experience of planning and organizing events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, bid management tools and analytics packages
- Experience of development, management and execution of communications through various media channels
- In-depth understanding and appreciation of all communication disciplines, including internal communications and PR with proven track record of delivery and execution
- Ability to understand the needs of business to business environment
- Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong business and market analysis skills, have good sense of numbers
- Excellent verbal and written marketing communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential
- Chinese speaking preferred
