-   An IT related degree

-   1+ year’s experience in website management and development

-   2+ year’s experience in desktop support and in-house IT support role

-   Basic understanding on front-end technologies, such HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

-   Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-   Communication of technical issues to non IT professionals

-   Able to multi-task and prioritise workload

-   Quick learner with the ability to learn about new processes and products

-   Understanding of agile software development and continuous deployment

-   Knowledge of PHP web frameworks

-   Passion for best web design and coding practices

-   Capable of communicating in Mandarin
