London School of Business (LSB) is a rapidly growing organisation headquartered in the heart of central London.

The Partnership Development Manager will report directly to the Business Development Director. The successful candidate will become part of a small management team, in a role that offers a lot of responsibility and fast career progression.

-   Develop new partnerships with universities, colleges and schools in the UK and worldwide

-   Maintain existing partnerships by managing all correspondence on a daily basis

-   Support the development of partnerships / collaborations including presentations, videos and brochures

-   Organise updates from/to institutional partners

-   Attending related events and briefing to the team

-   Develop and promote the company’s marketing solutions to partners

-   Help in organising educational recruitment related events by managing internal and external communications

-   Build networks with potential institutional partners in support of business growth

-   Prepare proposals, programme outlines or presentations to support forming new institutional partners

-   Understanding education recruitment industry

-   At least 2 years previous experience in marketing or business development area of the UK education industry is required

-   Experience in business development role and determination to develop new partnerships

-   Excellent English speaking and written skills required, basic Mandarin skills preferred but not essential

-   Highly organised, strong communication skills and an excellent eye for detail

-   Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills including ability to influence and work effectively with people

-   The ability to manage projects and prioritise accordingly is essential

-   Able to liaise and negotiate with partners to define their needs and implement

-   Be able to work effectively, but also be able to work independently, resolve problems and make decisions when appropriate
