Media 10 Limited has a role for a hardworking and enthusiastic person to work within a busy finance team assisting both our UK and China office.

The candidate will be responsible for liaising with Chinese banks, European and Chinese customers as well as providing support to the finance and sales team. We are looking for someone who is bi-lingual in Mandarin and English, and has the flexibility to fly to our China office when necessary.

-   Review sales contracts (with both Chinese and European customers), and ensure that details have been entered correctly into Salesforce

-   Extract relevant information from customer contracts and prepare sales invoices in accordance with payment terms

-   Chase payments from Chinese and European customers

-   Review expense claims from employees in China

-   Enter transactions into SAGE, and reconcile each month to the records retained in China

-   Provide support to the sales teams in respect of contract amendments, responding to customer queries, checking information in Salesforce and updating them on payment issues with customers

-   Liaising with our Chinese bookkeeper to ensure Fapiao are raised appropriately

-   Perform bank reconciliations for our Chinese bank accounts

-   Perform petty cash reconciliations for the Chinese petty cash

-   Liaising with our Chinese banks to ensure there is a good information flow to the UK finance team

-   To provide support to the Chinese bookkeeper

-   Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

-   Ability to communicate effectively with teams in the UK and China

-   Experienced in using SAGE

-   Experienced in using Salesforce

-   Good Excel Skills

-   AAT or similar level accounting knowledge

-   Flexibility to work to China time from the UK if required
