I'm recruiting for a technical analyst to join my expanding team of IT resources looking after thirteen offices across four continents.
This is a hugely exciting and diverse role for the right individual. If you like to work and play hard then we've an environment that will support your personal development and provide a mixture of work to stimulate and challenge you.
The right individual will have a minimum of three years' commercial experience and an apetite for technology that shapes their daily life.
You'll need to be proficient at telephone, remote and desk-side support and comfortable with a role that will require you to travel periodically to other locations in the UK and worldwide. This role will require you to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Technology wise, you'll need to know:
·Windows 7 and 10
·Office 365 and the Office desktop applications.
·Windows Server 2008 / 2012
·TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
·Firewall and remote access technologies
·VMWare virtualisation
·Backup technology, in particular Veeam Backup & Replication
·Firewalls and remote access, ideally SonicWALL
·Exposure to Avaya IP Office or similar IP telephony and video conferencing beneficial.
Other desirable attributes are:
·A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
·"Can do" attitude and willingness to work as required until the task is completed
·Second language skills particularly desirable, in particular Mandarin, Japanese, German or Italian speakers would be of great benefit.
