We are looking for a highly driven person to join our team as an Advertising Manager.
Responsibilities of an Advertising Manager will include:
- Drafting, updating and delivering monthly marketing plan.
- Managing an annual marketing budget and providing real time visibility of status.
- Working with local Estate Agencies to deliver and leverage campaigns.
- Ensuring all content is updated, relevant, effective, engaging and measured.
- Keeping the team advised and updated about the new services, properties and campaigns being developed by competitors.
- Map out branding plan across multiple regions
- Develop and executive integrated branding campaigns
- Support product, sales and customer service teams to improve the student experience
- Shape and lead CRM and customer engagement strategy
- Regularly and accurately report on progress against targets
Requirements
- Experience in writing, editing and arranging for the effective distribution of press releases, brochures, newsletters, and other public relations material.
- Ability to manage and maintain company’s contacts, media database, public weekly notice.
- You should be people-focused, an excellent communicator, analytical and innovative, with excellent planning and execution skills.
- Expertise in leading successful acquisition and retention strategies
- Great communicator who can quickly establish close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- An experienced leader who is comfortable managing a team
- Business trips to China, will be required
- Other languages such as Mandarin would be beneficial due to the nature of the source of clients mostly originated from China.
