• Design an extensive range of Media

• To develop, update and maintain the London website and other group websites.

• The role requires well developed web development/design skills (page layout, Wordpress, CMS, event web page, web mobile, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, emails marketing, e-banners, responsive website design and parallax scrolling website design), development and support of various digital assets such as Prezi, e-newsletters, ppt and visual presentations and social media where appropriate.

• A subsidiary element of the role is the design of printed and other materials on an ad-hoc basis including brochures, banners and magazine formats.

• The nature of the work requires good English and Mandarin skills.

• Strong technical and creative skills are essential.

• There is a requirement for liaising with the Chinese Web Team when necessary, as well as external bodies.

• A ability to create digital design including UI, amination and video, and use software including Dreamweaver, Sublime, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, AutoCAD, Solidworks and 3ds Max.

• A highly commercial approach to turning good strategy into great execution.

• A good level of understanding of the UK real estate market, from a Developer’s perspective. 

• Keeping abreast of technological developments.

• Assisting the Global Communications Director, as required, in producing all relevant reporting information, to allow the Company to have full awareness of the communications output and potential opportunities.

• Reporting directly to the Global Communication Director. A focus of the role is to assist the Global Communications Director in all matters

• Assisting the Global Communication Director with writing for the web, PR or blogging to both the UK and Chinese markets and other media channels

• Communicating and solving issues during the digital production, logistic and final distribution processes of press releases and media related publications across all platforms

• Performing administrative duties associated with printing and distribution operations

• Creating Chinese copy and content, covering a wide variety of topics dependent upon companies activities

• Managing key marketing channels including: paid search, PPC, email marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, content, media, cooperative marketing and social media both in the UK and China

• Managing social media – Wechat, facebook, Media coverage collation

• Providing some administrative support to the team as and when required

• In consultation with the Global Communication Director, plan and lead the social media activity implementation

• Managing branding including LOGO, business cards, hoardings, season’s greetings cards, e-cards

• Designing brochures including host brochures, tech packs, flyers, print ads and sales related brochures

• Designing event backdrops, invitations, PPT’s, videos in Chinese, banners, roller banners and all design samples

• Supporting events and communicating with production houses in China, Managing RSVP forms and lists

• Creating digital publications including ebooks, eNewspapers and eMagazines (PDF/ePub)
