Unitemps have an exciting position for a Marketing/PR position with an educational centre in Stafford. The site aims to empower entrepreneurs and SMEs alike to engage in the innovation of digital technology and media and to reach a wider global market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to develop, design and deliver a marketing strategy, delivering key content for the development of the Chinese market. Liaise with contacts and investors in China to increase the profile of the organisation and its projects.
The role could be worked part time or full time.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness and marketing of the new innovative educational centre in China;
- Assist in brainstorming, creating and distributing a range of marketing materials in Chinese;
- Draft basic public relations materials including press releases, media alerts and other materials as directed and translate into Chinese;
- Create engaging content for various media channels in translating from English to Chinese;
Skills and experience
- Degree in Marketing, PR or other related area.
- Chinese speaker with excellent translation and written English skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of the different social networks
- Efficiency at MS Office
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be extremely organised and detail oriented, and able to work independently
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to define and work to deadlines
