生效之后，患有各类硬化症或其他严重疾病的患者可以直接通过医生处方在德国合法获得含有大麻成分的药物。根据德国联邦卫生部的声明，如果大麻类药物可以缓解患者的症状，比如慢性疼痛、恶心等，或者可以对病症起到积极的作用，医生亦可向患者开具大麻作为药物。
Warren王进一步表示：“近来，美国DEA（缉毒局）对于在美零售批发CBD油的合法性给出了不同的解释。而在德国，医用大麻已经合法化，这定会刺激德国对于大麻的各类医用形式的研究，包括CBD。根据德国卫生部官员的说法，在国家监督的大麻种植基地建立完成之前，德国会继续从其他国家进口大麻。目前，我们的CBD网上商城www.ChineseCBDoil.com已经正式上线，并且开始向全球华人零售各类CBD产品，包括软胶囊、硬胶囊和浓缩液等。因此，我们计划在即将到来的斯图加特展会上寻求商机，向德国进口我们的CBD产品。”
