A street beggar can be seen everywhere; at the bus stops, railway stations, religious places, markets etc. Some beggars are crippled or blind, thus unable to earn their livelihood, while some are healthy and therefore do not deserve our sympathy. They need to learn to take responsibilities for themselves and should not be allowed to beg. However, when people see another fellow human wearing old rags and begging for help, emotional responses often triumph over logical ones.
