·Manages and process global payments;

·Develop and support sales recommendations to the cultural and market insight into Eastern and Asia Market, include answering customers and candidates enquires from China, translating terms of business in Chinese languages, and credit control in Asian countries；

·Produce and run Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow;

·Analyse and evaluate the accounts by producing the reports to the Head of Management;

·Recommend amendments to financial incentives by scrutinising the opportunity costs in the long term;

·Oversee the overall process of invoicing clients and bad debt;

·Manage permanent and temporary candidate placement starters;

·Carries out day to day accounting activities to maintain the financial activities in place;

·Engage with directors and shareholders management;

·Create bespoke formulas and spreadsheets for a commission based environment.

·CIMA and ACCA qualification;

·Masters level qualification in International accounting and finance;

·Solid knowledge for Sage 50 Payroll and Sage;

·Knowledge of preparing VAT returns;

·Knowledge and experience in dealing with Asian and Eastern markets (relevant language skills, specifically fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is highly desirable;

·Previous experience in a recruitment agency;

·Solid understanding of the recruitment market;

·Knowledge and experience in creating a bespoke system for recruiting commission structure and budget forecasting within recruitment;

·Excellent interpersonal skills;

·Self-motivated and team-oriented;

·Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks;
