We are currently inviting applications for a full-time permanent Cabin Crew Base Coordinator to join our Cabin Crew Base team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the Base Manager and Base Executives, providing an excellent level of customer service and handling all routine queries for the growing London Base Crew community on various work related matters.
Key Responsibilities
·Ensuring the smooth running of the office and operational matters.
·Providing accurate and timely administrative support.
·Completing all payroll and benefit functions for over 300 employees to a very high standard.
·Consolidation of London Base Crew salary and benefits for P11D purposes and for Hong Kong IRD and United States IRS.
·Maintaining and updating all London Base Crew information into PeopleCX.
·Operational functions to include pre-flight planning and other regulatory mandated.
·Assisting with all the administration related to recruitment of London Base Crew.
·Completing new starter documentation and maintaining all staff files.
·Managing staff travel records.
·Accurate inputting of invoices for approval and maintaining financial records.
·Assist with flight disruptions according to the delay/disruption procedure.
Requirements
·Demonstrable work experience and skills within an Administrative role with additional knowledge of payroll.
·A HR qualification would be a distinct advantage.
·GCSE passes in English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above.
·Exceptional working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
·Composed team player that can show a proven history of flexibility, proactivity and organisational skills.
·Ability to complete administrative tasks to an extremely high level.
·Ability to take ownership of problems and cope with working under pressure.
·Delivery of outstanding customer service in a changing and challenging environment.
·Attention to detail, good prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
·Experience of working independently and within a team environment.
·Ability to speak and/or write Cantonese, Mandarin or an Asian language would be an advantage but not essential.
·All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor work permit/visa applications for this role.
The successful candidate will be rostered to work a flexible roster, consisting of early/late shifts and weekend work in a rolling 7 day week pattern. Please find the job description attached.
