As one of the UK's leading international student recruiters, Coventry University has approximately 7,000 international students from over 130 countries.

This role is part of the UK Team responsible for the timely and effective management of all enquiries and applications from International Students. We are looking for a mandarin speaker to support the conversion of our East Asian Students.

The post holder will support the management of the universities International enquirers and prospects by engaging effectively through a variety of communication channels including telephone, email and face-to-face methods as well as the Universities own CRM system.

With a confident manner, good communication skills and a customer focused ethos you will be able to build a professional rapport with people from various cultural backgrounds. Ideally educated to degree level with the ability to work in a fast moving target driven environment you will be a results orientated and a good team player.
