张校长基于让学生能够住的安全、住的健康、住的幸福，在学生公寓管理方面，将实现规范化、专业化，聘用退役军人，做到军校融合，进一步发挥学校学生公寓管理的优良传统，把学生公寓建成学生成长的“家园”、“乐园”、“学园”。

  军校合作，不是军队进驻学校，是借助军队部分管理模式中适合学生的内容，和学生常规教育结合，在思想教育方面使爱国主义教育等社会主义核心价值观更深入，军队的优良传统，如团队意识、规则意识、吃苦精神等更深入，同时推动双拥工作。军校合作六大主题为国家荣誉、团队合作、规则意识、耐力持久、习惯优秀、身体强健，这六大主题的贯彻实施，将会使我校学生的意志与体魄培养提升至新的高度。

  本学期为了让国际部住宿学生尽快适应长春市实验中学军校合作管理的步伐，国际部组织了对高一和高二四个班住宿学生的内务整理培训活动。参加此次活动的有后勤主管包老师，四位班主任，学校舍务高主任及三位宿舍管理人员。

   In order to make the international students adapt to the pace of military management in Changchun Experimental High School as soon as possible, the International Department of International Affairs organized the housekeeping training activities for the students of two classes in Grade one and four classes in Grade two. Mrs Bao, teachers of four classes, Director Gao who is in charge of dormitory management and staff of three dormitory management participated in this activities.

  首先同学们观看了中央七台军旅人生有关高教官的专题节目《铁甲追梦人》，让学生们体会了军人的精神并领会了高教官的人格魅力。然后由教官给同学们培训如何叠出整齐的“豆腐块”，同时让各班代表陈婧婷，李俊霆，李思彤，黄诗彤上台演示，同学们积极参与其中，受益匪浅。最后全体学生分成两队由教官带领参观了本部男女生寝室，每个寝室都十分整洁。

   First of all, students watched a program titled by 'armored dreamer' in CCTV 7 which elaborated on an military officer Gao, students also experienced the military spirit and understood his charming personality. Then the officer demonstrated and trained studnets how to fold quilts whose shape looked like "beancurd", Chen Jingting, Li Junting, Li Sitong, Huang Shitong showed their achievement from their learning, students actively participated in and benefited a lot form it. Finally, all the students was divided into two teams led by the officer and visited the students dormitory, watching the bedroom and feeling amazed.

会后根据国际部的实际情况并借鉴本部寝室的标准，制定了国际部学生公寓内务检查标准，让本次活动落下圆满帷幕。

After the meeting, according to the actual situation of the international department and drawing on the standard of the dormitory of the department, the internal inspection standard of the international student apartment was formulated, which brought the event to a successful conclusion.
