什么是实习计划？

每当面对刚毕业或者刚移民到澳洲的小伙伴找不到工作，我们的责任感也唤起。我们召集了布里斯班，悉尼，墨尔本三地优秀企业共同打造实习项目，为IT在读学生，以及刚刚刚走出校园，缺乏工作经验的菜鸟们提供优质实习的机会，以便在未来更好地适应澳洲的工作环境及企业文化。实习计划旨在帮助学生进行职业规划、技能提升、拓展职业社交圈，帮助IT求职者找到心仪的工作。

流程

Step 1:

在线填写表格并确定您是否有资格参加该计划。合格的候选人将获得一份申请表格

Step 2:

填写并交回申请表以及相关文件如简历，cover letter等，和$500申请费之后，匠人将协商并安排您的实习细节

Step 3:

匠人将为您安排与合作公司的面试，之后通过正式合同签署确认实习。您需要缴纳任何未支付的费用。

Step 4:

开始实习后，匠人全程得到您的反馈，方便我们为您提供更好的后续服务。

About the company

The Incubator model is one of the most flexible plans offered by the company. 招聘#1

Junior website designer

Location: Brisbane

Type: Internship

Length: 3 months

Working time: 2-3d/week, or at least 1d/ week ( work remotely allowed except for meeting）

Your role

· Deliver great user experience

· Improve and maintain company website

· Have aesthetic judgement ability and be good at web design

· Improve the visual effect of the company’s website

· Be responsible of the modification and edition of the company’s website

Your skills

· Excellent coding skills with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript - strong design conceptual skills and strong xhtml / css ability

· Experience in Frontend framework, for example jQuery, etc.

· Basic knowledge of backend languages, for example PHP and WordPress

·Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver

· Good reading and written English, positive attitudes to oral communication

· Good understanding of interface design, web usability and web 2.0 principles

· A good understanding of the latest web design trends

Marketing intern

Your role

· Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media platforms including Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

· Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

· Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

· Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

· Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Your skills

· Outstanding reading and writing skills in English

· Proven experience in marketing

· Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

· Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software
