· Exploring and understand the market for both the current courses, reading the motivations of would-be participants, matching their expectations against feedback received post event and understanding emerging and changing trends in the spirit, distilling and education markets

· Working alongside Anne in preparation for the 5-day IBD event including preparation, stakeholder relations, event organisation, function management, itinerary delivery and all aspects to market, deliver and financially manage the event

· Development of market research to support targeted content for the delivery of a high impact, useful online platform that connects consumer with knowledge about Australian spirits. This is a new area of business and one that involves significant market research, insight and work to bring to fruition.
