一颗西兰花的旅行


我是一个可爱新鲜的西兰花 ,今天我被合肥加拿大国际学校选中了,早上6:30我坐上了去学校的麦德龙专车。

I'm a lovely fresh broccoli. Today, I was selected by the Canadian International School of Hefei. At 6:30 am, I took the metro bus to the school.



上午7:00我们到达学校,麦德龙送菜员把我们抱到餐厅验货区。

At 7:00 am, we arrived at school, and metro sent us to the restaurant inspection area.

 


上午7:20餐厅有专人来检验我们啦,合格新鲜的我们进入后厨操作间的毛菜架。

At 7:20 am, we were inspected by the restaurant staffs, and we were qualified to enter the woolen rack in the kitchen.

上午7:30餐厅还有专人给我们做农药残留检测检测,合格的我们会让测试试纸变成蓝色。

At 7:30 in the morning, the restaurant staff tested us for pesticide residue, and we will make the test paper blue.Qualified one would make  test paper blue.

   



上午8:00,初加工的阿姨开始对我进行分拣—清洗—浸泡—再清洗—切配—精拣。

At 8:00 am, the canteen staff started sorting -- washing -- soaking -- cleaning -cutting- sorting.



上午9:00我们进入了大灶间的净菜菜架上,和我们一起的还有胡萝卜、玉米等好多种类的蔬菜、肉类、海鲜,我们一起在大灶间排队,准备迎接特级厨师的到来。 

At 9:00 am we went into the kitchen counter and together with carrots .

Many kinds of vegetables, meat and seafood are queuing in the kitchen and waiting for special chefs to process.



 

上午10:30特级厨师对我们进行炒制加工。

At 10:30 am, the special chef made the processing for us.


上午10:50我们出锅啦,欢迎老师和同学们品尝!

At 10:50 in the morning, we are out of the frying pan. Welcome the teachers and students to taste us!
