Firstly, thanks for your continuous trust and support. Our goal is to develop your children with an excellent musical talent. This can happen with all-round co-operation under the joint efforts of parents and the Orchestra team.

您好! 首先感谢您对“枫叶龙青少年乐团”一如既往的信任与支持，相信在我们的共同努力下，一定会使您的孩子快乐成长，全面发展，成为一名优秀的音乐人才。

In order to make the Orchestra Programme more effective and build a closer relationship with our parents, the Orchestra team will be holding a parents’ meeting with the theme of “Growing Together with Your Kids” in the CISH auditorium at 1:30pm this Friday, 19 Octorber,2018. This meeting is to talk about how your children have been doing in the Orchestra classes. You are invited to attend. Please see below the agenda of the meeting:

为了使乐团的工作更加高效，与家长之间的沟通更为密切，乐团定于2018年10月19日(星期五)下午13:30在国际部一楼报告厅参加“与孩子共同成长”为主题的乐团成员家长会，共同分析探讨近阶段孩子在乐团的学习情况，特邀请您参加。家长会上，我们将做好以下几项工作：

Developing a comprehensive understanding of your child(ren)’s music curriculum.

1.让您全面了解子女在乐团学习的课程情况。

Communicating with parents about how to help, educate and manage students in cooperation with the Orchestra team.

2.与您交流如何配合乐团共同做好对每一个孩子的帮助、教育、管理工作。

Listening to your suggestions and advices.

3．听取您对乐团的意见和建议。

Organizing a parents’ support group of the Orchestra.

4.组建乐团后援会。

Arranging the upcoming course plans, rehearsals and performance plans.

5.乐团下一步课程、排练、演出计划。

Your active participation and important suggestions will help the Orchestra move forward. We are looking forward to seeing you at the meeting.
