Dear Parents and Guardians,
A letter on the upcoming health check for students in grade 1 to 12 has been sent home this week. If you have not received the paper letter yet please find it below for your information. Please print it out and fill out the reply slip, then send back to your child’s homeroom teacher on Monday morning to let us know if you want to have your child(ren) included in the health check at school on Monday afternoon, Oct. 15th.

本周我们发了一封关于1至12 年级学生进行健康检查的纸质信。如果您还没有收到这封信请参看附在下方的此信件的电子版本。请把它打印出来并填写需要回执的部分让我们知道您是否愿意让您的孩子参加此次健康检查，并让孩子在周一，10月15号上午带回给班主任老师。谢谢您的配合！
According to the Chinese government regulations every CISH student will need to have a basic health check annually. On the afternoon of Oct. 15th, we will have doctors from the community hospital coming in to conduct the health check at our school for every student from Grade 1 to 12. It will be a basic health check, which will include an eye check, teeth check, blood pressure check and routine inspection. The check will not include ultrasound, X-ray or drawing of blood. The kindergarten will have a separate health check which is tentatively schedule for June 1st 2019. The school will cover the health check fees for every student this year. Please check the below reply slip and return it to your homeroom teacher by latest Monday morning, Oct. 15th.
