#北京美国中心活动回顾#  美国犹他州地区的首席地区法官保罗·华纳探讨了美国阿片类药物危机的影响，以及芬太尼如何使危机更加致命。

Last night at the BAC: U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge for the District of Utah Paul Warner talked about the effects of the opioid crisis in America and how fentanyl makes the crisis more deadly.

“芬太尼是一种合成阿片类药物，它是一种类似吗啡的强效止痛剂，但药效是吗啡的50倍，并且非常致命。助长阿片类药物危机的芬太尼很多是从海外进入美国。”

 “Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid, it is a powerful painkiller similar to morphine but 50 times stronger and very deadly. Much of the fentanyl fueling the opioid crisis comes to America from overseas.”

活动中，布兰斯塔德大使介绍了华纳法官：“我们看到了我们两国之间在芬太尼上的执法合作带来的积极成果。”

Judge Warner was introduced by Ambassador Branstad at the event: “We have seen positive results from law enforcement cooperation on fentanyl between our two countries.”
