时装设计与工艺本科：女装方向
William Tempest是英国著名时装设计师。十八岁起就读于伦敦艺术大学时装设计与工艺专业：女装方向。学习期间，曾为时装设计师Giles Deacon工作，2009年毕业后，他引起了设计师Donatella Versace的注意，应邀在伦敦时装周上首次展示自己的作品。
2010年，William在纽约时装周的首秀大获成功，被授予由超过50名最具影响力的设计师共同评选出的WGSN世界时尚奖最佳新人奖。
奢华、现代，他的作品探索新颖的剪裁、实验性的造型，关注一流的制作和品质。多位明星、名模都是William的粉丝，包括 Kate Moss, Rihanna, Victoria Beckham, Michelle Williams，Emma Watson等等。William还为多家国际时尚杂志执笔，如Vogue, Harper’s Baazar，Tatler，i-D和WWD。根据星期日泰晤士报权势人物榜（Sunday Times Power List)，William被评为25岁以下最具影响力的25人之一。River Island 品牌也和William合作，打造了2012年秋冬女装。
William的设计天赋不仅局限于高端时尚界，最被人熟知的便是他和设计师Vivienne Westwood及 Stephen Jones一起，在肯辛顿宫维多利亚女皇的卧室内，为“迷人的宫殿”展览（Enchanted Palace Exhibition）创作的艺术装饰。William还曾担任“下一个英国超模”电视节目的评委。他同世界多家知名品牌都有合作，曾为梅塞德斯·奔驰策划可持续城市设计展，还曾参与SonyVAIO笔记本的设计。
BA (Hons) FashionDesign Technology: Womenswear
William Tempest is a British fashion designer based in London. Originally from Cheshire in the north of England, William moved to London at the age of 18 to study BA (Hons)Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear at London College of Fashion.
During his time at LCF he worked for fashion designer Giles Deacon and following his graduation in 2009, he caught the eye of designer Donatella Versace who selected him to show his first collection at London Fashion Week. In 2010, following the success of his debut New York Fashion Week show, William was presented with a WGSN Global Fashion Award for Best Emerging Talent, judged by over 50 influential decision makers.
Synonymous with luxury and modernism, his work explores innovative cutting and experimental shape making, and focuses on a high level of construction and quality. Fans of the William Tempest brand include Kate Moss, Rihanna, Victoria Beckham, Michelle Williams and Emma Watson to name but a few. William Tempest has also featured in international press including publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Baazar,Tatler, i-D, and WWD. Most recently, William was featured in The Sunday Times Power List as one of the most influential 25 people under 25 and collaborated with River Island on a womenswear collection, for Autumn/Winter 2012.
William’s design talent is also regularly sought outside the field of high fashion. Most notably, William created an art installation in Queen Victoria’s bedroom for the Enchanted Palace exhibition at Kensington Palace, alongside designer Vivienne Westwood and milliner Stephen Jones. He has also appeared as a judge on Britain’s Next Top Model, curated an exhibition on sustainable urbandesign with Mercedes Benz, designed a laptop case for SonyVAIO and worked with other global brands.
